Final Team Departs El Calafate
When many of the Perlan team departed El Calafate, the weather was not safe for the tow plane to fly. Cholo was able to fly out from El Calafate on Monday.
He was happy to be back in Roca with Chela.They have been married almost 60 years. Tago and Cholo had delivered many of our appreciation collage photos. Tago started the long drive back to Mendoza. He was able to stop at Cave of the Hands near Esquel where there are pre-historic paintings on the rock. And he was also able to tell them about Perlan 2. We would not be able to operate in Argentina without Cholo and Tago taking such good care of us. Un brazo grande mis amigos!
