Buenos Aires Prep for Reception
Ed and Linda Warnock along with college intern Alec Quay have been the Perlan advance party in Buenos Aires.
Ed has been interviewed by several big newspapers including La Nacion. Perlan was mentioned on their front page with the body of the article in front section. Ed has also met with several government agencies who supported the NOTAM to allow Perlan 2 to fly high. Airbus and Perlan Project planned a press briefing and VIP reception on August 22 at the lovely Hotel Brick. Jamie Darcy and Lindsy Caballerofrom Airbus set up the venue with help from Jeffery Group. We did the dry run with audio visuals on Sunday followed by a fabulous dinner at the Brick. Perlan team stayed at L'hotel Palermo with warm hospitality from Laura Morillo and Esteban Bengochea. By the way BsAs taxi rides are a thrill. Perlan Soars! Perlan se Eleva!
