BORN February 25, 1937 in General Roca province of Rio Negro Argentina. Cholo was selected tow pilot of the year in Argentina in 2017. He set a world speed record for a triangle of 100 K in a standard class glider. Founding partner and current president of the National Center for Mountain Soaring. SPORTS: Swimming, Cycling, Motorcycling, Motoring, Private airplane pilot Multiengine since 1975, glider pilot. Glider tow pilot. Former President of the Radio Club of General Roca. Former Treasurer of General Roca Aero Club. Cholo works in Rio Negro for the newspaper del Neuquén as chief technician. He studied at the industrial school of General Roca Rio Negro.

Ex Tesorero del Aero Club General Roca. Socio fundador del CENTRO NACIONAL DE VUELO A VELA DE MONTAÑA ASOCIACION CIVIL. Actualmente su presidente.
